1 kg. lamb
1 bunch spring onions
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour, salt, paprika
2 kg. spinach and yoghurt
Chopped white part of the onion and then fry in a spoonful of heated oil. Sprinkle with red pepper and add the washed, drained and cut into pieces of meat. Fry it and add finely chopped green onions feathers. Add salt, pour the meat with a little water and let it boil. When soft, add spinach to it that we have cleaned, washed and chopped. Do the rest of the butter and flour roux, dilute it with your sauce of the dish and then pour into the pan. Stir the dish and leave a little to boil, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with yogurt.
