Baking soda is very suitable for teeth whitening, but must it be exercised wisely, because if you overdo it, you can break the enamel of your teeth too.

Some recipes for homemade toothpaste containing baking soda:

Strong whitening mixture

At 2-3 t. s. soda add hydrogen peroxide so as to obtain a relatively thick paste. Twice a week can brush your teeth with it to remove lesions of coffee and chocolate from your teeth.

Whitening toothpaste with mint

3 t.s. baking soda mixed with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, 4 drops of mint and a pinch of salt. This mixture can be used twice daily in discolored and stained teeth.

Whitening mixture with lemon and alcohol

2 s. s. baking soda, 1 t. s. lemon juice, a pinch of salt, 1 t. s. pure alcohol, and 5 drops of extract of oregano. This mixture successfully removes stains from teeth and whitens them.

Systematic use of whitening toothpastes and home remedies can make your teeth white enough and your smile will be breathtaking without undergoing risky procedures in teeth whitening for money.
